At Fyuzo Fusion, we are committed to delivering high-quality, fresh, and hygienically packed products. All spice products are sold under our sub-brand Fyuzo Foods, while all operations including order processing, payments, logistics, and customer support are managed by Fyuzo Fusion Pvt. Ltd.

Since our products are consumable food items, we follow a strict return policy to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered (item different from the order)
• Product received in damaged, leaking, or tampered condition
• Defective product that is not suitable for use
• Missing item in the order

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Customers must provide:
  • Clear images or an unboxing video showing the issue
  • Order ID and contact details

Fyuzo Fusion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject any return request based on verification.

• Failure to provide proper proof of issue
